Welcome to the No Bull Barbell Club! With the No Bull Barbell Club, you will get programming delivered weekly that will follow a year long progression geared towards general physical preparedeness. This programming will be split into four cycles per year, which translates into three months. Each one of these cycles will be programmed towards a certain goal, which will build on themselves as the year progresses. However, it will be programmed in such a way that will accomodate new people who will jump in as the year goes on. Training sessions will last approximately an hour, and will utilize barbell movements as well as various bodyweight and conditioning methods. Additionally, all members will have access to a closed Facebook group to ask questions and keep each other accountable.
